We are looking for people who have the energy and creativity to support individuals to reach their goals and aspirations.
Our Camberley site will be a newly developed supported living service of 7 x 1 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom self-contained flats providing a discreet, safe environment to support individuals with learning disabilities and a range of other needs including autism, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge. The focus will be on supporting individuals towards greater independence and to lead active, meaningful, fulfilling lives in their local community.
All individuals have a Person Centred Plan that identifies their own likes and dislikes which enables the support team to provide support tailored to the individuals needs and wishes alongside working towards their identified goals in life they wish to achieve; this can range from simply accessing the local community, finding employment based opportunities within the local community to just visiting friends and family.
We’re not looking for experience or qualifications, we’ll give you all the training you need. What we want above all are genuinely kind, people, who will really get a thrill from enhancing the happiness and wellbeing of people’s lives.
