The Role

As an Area Customer Relations Manager you will be supporting our Home Managers and in home Sales/Customer Relations Advisors by providing assistance and local marketing support in our care homes in the Surrey, Hampsire , Wiltshire, Hertfordshire and Berkshire areas.You will be a key member of the residence team, adhering to company policy and procedures and upholding the company’s mission, philosophy and values.

Day to day you will be building community contacts by face to face, telephone and online communications and holding in-home and external events for both families and organisations. You’ll also effectively manage the home’s CRM system databases and be responsible for ordering marketing collateral and developing a monthly local marketing plan.

The Skills You'll Need

To join us, you’ll need previous experience of working within a face to face B2B and B2C role building contacts and providing sales support. Also, you’ll be confident in using Microsoft Office and CRM databases and supporting the team in prioritising and coordinating the home’s contact with both private pay enquirers and social care professionals.

Ultimately, you will be passionate about delivering first class customer service, ensuring that the customer’s journey is second to none while being part of a team who will make a positive difference to those seniors’ lives whom chose us.
