An exciting position has arisen within the Senior Team at Caring Homes Group Head Office to work as PA/Administrative Assistant supporting two of our Operations Directors.

Role + Skill requirements
- To provide a comprehensive and confidential Administrative support to two Operations Directors
- Monitoring and responding to emails, travel arrangement, preparing and arranging meetings along with capturing action points afterwards, producing presentations,
- Experience supporting and communicating with Senior Level Directors/colleagues
- Good networking skills across all departments
- Highly competent use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Word
- Strong time management/prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail
