Residential Service Manager Opportunity – Carmarthen – Up to £32,320pa + Bonus

Potential earnings £35,552pa

We are looking for an experienced, robust Manager with a real passion for person centred care, support and management.

You must have a track record of being able to drive continuous improvement by leading as a positive example.

You will be supported by a motivated, enthusiastic and well-trained team, which includes a Team Co- coordinator and Three Team Leaders to run a busy residential care home for adults with Learning Disabilities in a beautiful historic building in the centre of Carmarthen.

The skills you’ll need

A strong, supportive leader and effective manager, you’ve successfully managed a team in a challenging Learning Disability Service. You’ve also had professional senior level contact with CIW and have developed positive relationships with commissioning teams.

You should have achieved or be working towards a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or hold equivalent qualification, such as NVQ Level 4 in both Health and Social Care and Leadership and Management in Care Services. Above all, you’re committed to the same high-quality, person-centered services that we are – services that help people to a better life.
