Marketing Executive

Caring Homes are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their Team! Our days can be as varied as our homes and that’s why we are looking for an extraordinary person to join our team!
The Role:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager, Customer Relationship Advisors and Home Managers in driving occupancy and increasing Average Weekly Fee for 6 focus homes and 22 other homes across the estate. The role is responsible for supporting the delivery of local sales and marketing plans. The scope of the role covers end to end production of marketing collateral, digital and print advertising, direct mail, email marketing, event support and signage requirements.
The Skills You’ll Need:
- Experience and strong knowledge of working across the full marketing mix (excluding TV and radio)
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience essential
- Marketing Degree being desirable
- Knowledge of WordPress or Craft content management system
- Experience of e-marketing production and delivery using software such as Mailchimp & Campaign monitor. Desirable experience around the integration of these software platforms with CRM systems.
- Evidence of content creation for example webpages, news content, advertorials, case studies and emails
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Well organised and ability to plan and show initiative
- Demonstrable experience of working well in a team
