Recruitment Administrator - Colchester

Caring Homes Group are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our team working within a busy Recruitment Department.

Working with our candidate management system, you’ll work closely with the recruitment team to manage the post offer process, issuing offer letters and contracts, obtaining new starter information and carrying out pre-employment checks for new employees ensuring they are fully compliant before starting in a new role with us.

Working as a Recruitment Administrator, it is your role to ensure we are recruiting safely by ensuring every new starter has been through a thorough and robust process and has met our policy standards required within our DBS (criminal record), referencing and right to work checks.  In addition to managing this process with diligence and an excellent attention to detail, you will ensure every candidate and customer (internal and external), receives an outstanding experience and is dealt with in a polite, courteous and respectful manner. You will also ensure all applications are dealt with quickly and efficiently so we can get people started as soon as possible.

  • Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office and experience of using systems

This is a full-time position initially working from home with some days within the office at this stage, moving toward being office based on the Colchester Business Park.
