NVQ 2 qualified and willing to work up to NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care Qualified (or equivalent)
Days, 8am - 8pm; working alternate weekends
£10.70 per hour
Caring Homes is delighted to announce our Brand New Acquisition Homefield Grange located in the Christchurch , Dorset .
The home is designed around the needs of its residents and will provide the highest level of residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 64 residents.

You will work part of a great team and be making a difference to our residents by providing excellent care standards, taking pride in treating our residents as individuals.
As a Senior Carer at Caring Homes, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve
Responsible for supporting our elderly residents with daily living, providing support and companionship, assisting with their physical and personal needs – where every day is different and rewarding!
NVQ 2 and willing to work towards level 3 qualified in Heath & Social Care and medication trained with experience with assisting with meds, writing care plans and risk assessments together with supervising staff and running a shift/floor; this is essential.
You’ll be enthusiastic and have empathy, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Above all you’ll have real compassion for all our residents to deliver the highest standard of care.

Flexible to work shifts on a rota basis, and work alternate weekends
You will have worked within a care home setting together with experience supervising care assistants in your team.
