Clinical Deputy Manager – Aylesbury

£42,000pa - £45,000pa + £1000 WELCOME BONUS (T&C's apply)

Hulcott Nursing Home in Aylesbury are looking for a Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity to join a home where you will have the time to focus with dedicated supernumerary hours (28hrs per week). This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with occasional weekends and support with on call. You will work 1 x 12hr shift followed by 4 x 7hrs shifts. The home provides nursing and dementia support to 38 elderly residents

You will be an experienced Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager and be able to work closely with the home manager to ensure the home always provides first class quality care. You will need to be nurse qualified either RGN or RMN and have a current NMC Pin

You will have in-depth knowledge of dementia, person-centred care, CQC care practices and Quality Assurance processes, you also have a strong commitment to making the lives of those in your care better.

You’ll ensure adherence to the highest standards, develop new initiatives in care practices and overall delivery of a quality service.
